We had a very nice day at the floating pavillion the Rotterdam. The food was marvelous and the atmosphere was if we were in Malaysia.

So after the nice food we drunk tee tarik.

Silat performance in Rotterdam.

For the project home stay Malaysia we are invited to perform Silat Melayu.

In the Netherlands we are at the moment the only Malaysian Silat group. We are proud to be members from Silat Melayu Keris Lok 9.

Bapak Herman Teuvenet was guiding us at this great event.

Hari Keluarga Malaysia

Every year SMKL 9 organize a Hari Keluarga (familyday of all members of SMKL9).

In 2008 we had the opportunity (SMKL9-NL and Bapak Theuvenet) to go to Malaysia to participate on the this marvellous weekend in Cherating.

At this Hari Keluarga there are a few seminars, one seminar is about Adat dan Adab and is given by Dato Sri Wan Wahid.

In 2010 there was a seminar too, and Dato Seri Wan Wahid was also present on that day.
Guru Azlan and Dato Sri Wan Wahid give the Selempang on those who has succeed the loks.
Guru Azlan is the one with the yellow Selempang, next to Guru Azlan sits Dato Seri Wan Wahid.
